Well 4 weeks have passed... 2moz dawns a day for a new project...

Not really sure what more to do... i mean thers lots i could do, just what more thats neccisary?

Bishi Bashi........Bosh and its done.

Ugh, well that didnt feel rushed..... altho admittedly i spent a large portion of the 4 weeks looking into shaders, which leads me to; I've finished my shader, its good for organic stuff including skin and yet has all the parameters to fill in for metal and glass, specular intensity and ambiant glow. and best of all I can wack in a random alpha hole anywhere i bloody please...

Blessed us our daily fx shader...

And the Lord said "let their be light, ambient diffuse colour,normal and specular world with alpha support"

And the max monkeys praised the lord for he hath blessed their viewports with glorious enlightment.


So yeah Im super happy, after an afternoon of hit n miss I managed to make an imitation of clowards hlsl_normal_map_specular_world.fx
which supports alpha channel for ocpacity and gives specular its own seperate texture.
Their shall be no more of this alphachannel for specular nonsense!

Im still tweaking it to suit my van atm as it suits organic objects and skin more, So I may post it after then.
